1/ ORGANISATION
AERO’NOV CONNECTION is organised by the company FIRST CONNECTION, a private limited company with capital totalling 20 000 €, whose registered head office is located at 8, rue la Fontaine - 92120 Montrouge - France.

2/ AIM
These regulations stipulate the terms and conditions according to which FIRST CONNECTION sets up and runs the AERO’NOV Connection 2019 event. They detail the respective rights and obligations on the part of the participant and the organiser. The participant formally undertakes to respect these regulations.

3/ PLACE - DATE
The AERO’NOV Connection 2019 event will be held in Paris Saclay Congress Center (Massy), on 13 & 14 February 2019. The organizer is free to change the place or date of the event in case of situations out of its control, which renders the site impossible to use. The organiser is free to cancel the meeting having first notified the participants. In such an event, registration applications will be cancelled, without compensation for the participant, except the refund of pre-paid registration fees.

4/ ADMISSION, REGISTRATION, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION
Any company or institution is entitled to participate provided it has the relevant skills in the aerospace field. The organiser reserves the right to refuse any application, whatever the reason, and without having to justify its decision.
In the event of a participant withdrawing before Wednesday 9th January 2019, the signatory is liable for 30% of the initial participation fee, to cover the organiser’s costs. Withdrawal from the event can only be notified to the organiser by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. After that date, registration for AERO’NOV Connection 2019 is definitive and irrevocable, and the participant is liable for the complete amount of his participation.

5/ SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF PARTICIPATION
The fixed price of participation fee is €2 500 , €3 000 or  €3 500 depending on the formula selected, with the possibility of adding on optional extras. Only universities/schools and start up (less than 5 years and less than 10 employees) can benefit from the "start-up & universities formula" with a special price of €1 250.
This registration fee for the AERO’NOV Connection 2019 event includes the items described in the «formulae and options » section of the registration form.

6/ COMMERCIAL RULES
Participants may not allow any other company to benefit from the services offered by the AERO’NOV Connection 2019 event without the prior consent of the organizers. Participants formally undertake not to perform activities outside the confines of the meeting centre premises similar to those offered within, and this for the whole duration of the convention.

7/ NON-OBLIGATION CLAUSE
The organizer undertakes to diligently use the resources available to it, without being subject to an obligation of result.

8/ INSURANCE
As the organiser of the AERO’NOV Connection 2019 event, FIRST CONNECTION is legally responsible for this event. This civil responsibility in no case covers damages caused by a third party to the participants.
The Paris Saclay Congress Center engages its civil responsibility as owner of the building and installations, permanent or temporary, used for the exhibition. The participant is responsible for all damages caused to others by himself, his staff or his installation.
The participant must be covered by a civil responsibility insurance, and insure the equipment belonging to him or which comes into his possession during the meeting.

9/ APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS
The organiser reserves the right to decide on all cases not covered in these regulations, and to introduce any necessary amendments or additional clauses to this matter, which shall come immediately into force.
The circulars sent to participants later are an integral part of these regulations. Any infringement of these regulations may lead to the expulsion of the participant committing the infringement, on the sole decision of the organiser FIRST CONNECTION, without official notification and without refund due for the participation fee, or any sum paid to it, which will be retained by the organiser.

10/ POWERS
By signing the registration form, the participant declares that they have unconditionally accepted the clauses of these regulations. In case of a dispute and before any proceedings, the participant undertakes to submit its complaint to the organiser. In the event of a dispute, the courts assigned to the registered offices of FIRST CONNECTION will entertain sole jurisdiction.
