1. Organisation
Medi'Nov Connection 2020 is organized by the company FIRST CONNECTION, a private limited company with capital totalling 20 000 €, whose registered head office is located at 8, rue la Fontaine - 92120 Montrouge - France.
2. Aim
These regulations stipulate the terms and conditions according to which FIRST CONNECTION sets up and runs the Medi'Nov Connection 2020 event. They detail the respective rights and obligations on the part of the participant and the organizer. The participant formally undertakes to respect these regulations.
3. Place - Date
Medi'Nov Connection 2020 will be held in the Matmut Stadium (Lyon - France), on March 25th & 26th 2020. The organizer is free to change the place or date of the event in case of situations out of its control, which renders the site impossible to use. The organizer is free to cancel the meeting having first notifying the participants. In such an event, registration applications will be cancelled, without compensation for the participant, except the refund of pre-paid registration fees.
4. Admission, Registration, Payment, Cancellation
Any company or institution is entitled to participate provided it has the relevant skills in the medical field. The organizer reserves the right to refuse any application, whatever the reason, and without having to justify its decision.
In the event of a participant withdrawing before Friday February, 28th 2020, the signatory is liable for 30% of the initial participation fee, to cover the organizer’s costs. Withdrawal from the event can only be notified to the organizer by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. After that date, registration for Medi'Nov Connection 2020 is definitive and irrevocable, and the participant is liable for the complete amount of his participation.
5. Services included in the price of participation
The fixed price of participation fee is € 2 950, € 3 600, € 4 100 or € 1 400 (only for start-up, young companies & universities) depending on the formula selected, with the possibility of adding on optional extras. This registration fee for the Medi'Nov Connection 2020 event includes the items described in the «formula and options » section of the registration form.
6. Commercial rules
Participants may not allow any other company to benefit from the services offered by the Medi'Nov Connection 2020 event without the prior consent of the organizer. Participants formally undertake not to perform activities outside the confines of the meeting centre premises similar to those offered within, and this for the whole duration of the convention.
7. Non-obligation clause
The organizer undertakes to diligently use the resources available to it, without being subject to an obligation of result.
8. Insurance
As the organizer of Medi'Nov Connection 2020, FIRST CONNECTION is legally responsible for this event. This civil responsibility in no case covers damages caused by a third party to the participants.
The Matmut Stadium engages its civil responsibility as owner of the building and installations, permanent or temporary, used for the exhibition. The participant is responsible for all damages caused to others by himself, his staff or his installation.
The participant must be covered by a civil responsibility insurance, and insure the equipment belonging to him or which comes into his possession during the meeting.
9. Application of regulations
The organizer reserves the right to decide on all cases not covered in these regulations, and to introduce any necessary amendments or additional clauses to this matter, which shall come immediately into force.
The circulars sent to participants later are an integral part of these regulations. Any infringement of these regulations may lead to the expulsion of the participant committing the infringement, on the sole decision of the organizer FIRST CONNECTION, without official notification and without refund due for the participation fee, or any sum paid to it, which will be retained by the organizer.
10. Powers
By signing the registration form, the participant declares that they have unconditionally accepted the clauses of these regulations. In case of a dispute and before any proceedings, the participant undertakes to submit its complaint to the organizer. In the event of a dispute, the courts assigned to the registered offices of FIRST CONNECTION will entertain sole jurisdiction.
