SPONSORING OPTIONS
Lunch cocktails : they will gather all the participants on September, 9th and 10th between 13.00 and 14.30 in the event place. Your logo will be visible on all the supports available in the lunch area and we will inform the participants that lunch is offered by your company.

Medi’Nov 2020 Evening  : the cocktail will gather all the participants on the evening of September, 9th and will conclude the first day of meetings. Your logo will appear on all the supports available around the dining cocktail.

Coffee-Break Area : visibility of your company on the main coffee break area located at the heart of the exhibition area, a major meeting place for all participants. 2 roll-up with the visual of your choice will be placed around the area. You take care of creating the visual and send it to the organizer at least 3 weeks before the event. The organizer take care of printing the documents and delivering it at the exhibition site.

Advertising Insert (A4 or A5) : Your flyer will be included in the welcoming file for all the participants. You take care of the realization and printing. The document (A4 recto-verso) has to be send at least 3 weeks before the event to the organizer.

Entry pass cord : The entry pass cords will be printed with the logo of your company. Entry pass are necessary to access the event, so all the participants will have one. Your logo has to be sent at least 2 months before the event (This sponsorship option is only available for one company).

Event catalogue (USB keys) : your logo on the USB keys including the catalogue of participants, as well as a A4 presentation of your company in the catalogue file (sponsor section). This catalogue will be delivered to all the participants to the event. (This sponsorship option is only available for one company).

Website Banner : your banner on the website : www.medinov-connection.com  from the validation of the sponsoring until the end of the event.  As registrations and information requests are only available on this website, many companies visit the website.
